LocalGuild SMS Terms

These terms cover text messages from LocalGuild, operated by DE Digital LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

Program. LocalGuild sends text messages about local recommendation requests ("lead alerts") and your account. Account messages include sign-in codes and invitations to join a guild.

How you opt in. You opt in by checking this box when you sign up, or in your alert preferences:

"Text me LocalGuild lead alerts and account messages at this number. Messages are automated and frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy."

We also send a one-time invitation text when a guild admin invites you by phone number. That message tells you how to opt out.

Frequency. Message frequency varies with how many requests appear in your area. Messages are automated. We don't send lead-alert texts late at night: they are held until morning in your guild's time zone.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We'll send one confirmation and then no more texts unless you opt in again (for example, by replying START). You can also turn texts off in your alert preferences. Opting out of texts doesn't stop email alerts; manage those separately.

Help. Reply HELP for help, or email support@localguild.app.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. See our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We keep a record of your opt-in and any opt-out for at least four years, as the law requires, even if you delete your account.

Eligibility. You must be 18 or older and use a US mobile number.

Changes. We may update these terms and will post the current version with its effective date.
